The Brandnertal begins in the immediate vicinity of the alpine town of Bludenz. From Bürs, the valley climbs over the Bürserberg mountain to the village of Brand, located at 1,036 m above sea level. The Lünersee lake, at the end of the valley at an altitude of 1,979 m and at the foot of the Schesaplana mountain, is a popular hiking paradise and excursion destination.
Nature lovers and families spend quality time in the Brandnertal valley. On several adventure excursions and exploratory trips, they discover the diverse habitat and nature together: from herbal hikes to alpine pastures, exciting theme trails and mountain adventure evenings, the valley offers special moments for every guest in summer and winter.
The summer in the Brandnertal creates unforgettable memories for young and old explorers, when they watch the sunrise at the Loischkopf mountain together, grill a “würstle” (sausage) at the barbecue site after a barefoot hike over cones and through mud, playfully discover the world of the Alps on interactive theme trails, explore the glacial Bürser gorge or dare to take a downhill ride. To complement the mountain hikes, you can enjoy a round of golf, horseback riding, tennis, swimming or mountain biking.
The winter holiday here also meets your expectations. On and off the slopes, alone, as a couple or with the family - skiers spend hours of carefree fun in the family ski area with around 65 kilometres of pistes from Palüd to Burtsasattel, from Brand to Bürserberg. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a ski tour takes you to unexpected heights. Snow shoe and winter hikers discover tranquil valleys. Adventurers happily toboggan down into the valley. This is pure winter pleasure.
